Residents founded HPPI in 1974 to protest the Expressway flattening our streets. We continue to facilitate historic preservation of our houses and beautification of our public spaces. We advocate to the city for matters that impact us, and host fun gatherings for neighbors.

All homeowners within our boundaries are invited to join—south of Swann Ave and west to Rome, bordered to the south and east by Bayshore Blvd.
